FAQ

Driver questions.

Which cars can charge?

Our DC fast chargers are designed for the connector standard used by most electric cars sold in Indonesia. The app shows each station’s connectors before you drive there. If your car can DC fast charge, it will charge at the fastest rate both your car and the charger allow.

How do I pay?

You pay in Indonesian rupiah from your in-app wallet. Top up with local payment methods in the app, then each session is deducted automatically when you finish.

How much does it cost?

Charging is priced per kWh, so you only pay for the energy your car receives. The price for each charger is shown in the app before you start. We will publish our launch tariff before the first stations open.

What is the idle fee?

To keep fast chargers free for the next driver, a per-minute idle fee applies if your car stays plugged in after charging ends and a grace period has passed. The app warns you before it starts.

What if a charger isn’t working?

Every charger is monitored 24/7, and most faults are spotted before you notice them. If something is wrong, report it in the app or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you straight away.

Do I need the app?

The app is the easiest way to find a free charger, start charging and pay. You can also start a session by scanning the QR code on the charger.
