For site hosts and partners

Put fast charging on your site.

We invest in, build and run public DC fast charging with property owners and local partners across Jakarta. You bring the site; we bring the rest.

Why Jakarta, why now

Indonesia’s charging build-out is accelerating. Early sites matter.

Public charging is expanding fast, but well-located sites with good power and parking are limited. Hosts who move early secure the best position.

  • Dense, high-traffic demand

Malls, hospitals, offices, residential strata and mobility hubs create repeat charging occasions.

  • An accelerating national build-out

Public infrastructure is growing, but early access to strong sites and grid capacity remains valuable.

  • A proven regional method

Aurigin brings tested site delivery, local payments and customer operations from Southeast Asia.

The sites we look for

High-frequency sites we can run well.

Demand, grid access and operating rights matter more than covering the map.

Urban commercial sites

Malls, offices, hotels and hospitals: visible locations with repeat traffic and a strong customer experience.

Fleet and mobility hubs

Taxi, ride-hailing, logistics and rental depots, where high daily mileage drives predictable demand.

Power-constrained properties

Flexible power sharing and on-site storage can unlock sites with a limited grid connection.

Partnership model

Local access and Aurigin execution, as one team.

Roles are clear from the first site. Investment and contracting structures adapt to Indonesian requirements.

Local partner

  • Site origination
  • Permits and local delivery
  • Utility and customer access

Aurigin

  • Investment and asset governance
  • Engineering and commissioning
  • Digital operations
  • Customer service and maintenance
  • Portfolio strategy

Shared result: well-run sites, reliable service, transparent data and a repeatable path to scale.

How we work

From site screening to network scale.

Every stage has defined inputs, outputs and operating data, so what we learn at one site improves the next.

  1. 01

    Screen

    • Site demand
    • Grid and capacity
    • Site economics
  2. 02

    Design

    • Power architecture
    • Commercial model
    • Local compliance
  3. 03

    Deliver

    • Construction
    • Commissioning
    • Service launch
  4. 04

    Operate

    • 24/7 monitoring
    • Customer growth
    • Maintenance
  5. 05

    Scale

    • Portfolio review
    • Capital allocation
    • Network density

TTCharge project in China

Fast charging paired with energy storage avoided an expensive grid-capacity upgrade and shortened construction. An energy management system shaves peaks to improve site performance, and power is adjusted dynamically to support ultra-fast charging, balancing build cost with fast charging for drivers.

  • No grid-capacity upgrade needed
  • Shorter construction time
  • Peak shaving by energy management
  • Dynamic power for ultra-fast charging

Next step

Start with three to five candidate sites.

  1. 01

    Candidate sites

Share three to five locations with traffic, parking and power information.

  2. 02

    Local execution

We confirm the delivery, permitting and utility interfaces each site needs.

  3. 03

    Commercial alignment

We agree roles, operating standards and the path from pilot to portfolio.
